Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members. \xc2\xb7 Plan and execute maintenance activities for a designated location (outside of Technology Lifecycle Management activities). \xc2\xb7 Maintain equipment according to procedures, reporting problems or deviations. \xc2\xb7 Operate equipment according to procedures, competency levels and job requirement. \xc2\xb7 Identify opportunities to improve the service delivery process. \xc2\xb7 Participate in failure investigations when relevant. \xc2\xb7 Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings. \xc2\xb7 Ability to use gauges, calipers, micrometers, scales, indicators, and other items necessary to perform quality control of component \xc2\xb7 Ability to Set up and operate precision CNC turn mill or CNC turning machine independently \xc2\xb7 Ability to read CNC program and understand basic G code and M code \xc2\xb7 Minimum 1-year proven experience as CNC turn-mill or turning machinist \xc2\xb7 Higher Nitec certificate in precision engineering machining or equivalent qualification.
