Job Description

CNC Machinist/Engineer - Responsible for the programming of letters, numbers and symbols that automate machine operating processes. 1. To operate and maintain our CNC equipment. 2. Responsible for reading and interpreting technical blueprints, and design the models. 3. Inputting the product design and specifications into the computer modeling software. 4. Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job. 5. Adjusting the machine settings to the desired product specifications. 6. Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the manufacturing process. 7. Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product. 8. Performing routine machine maintenance and cleaning. 9. Performing quality checks on the final product. 10. Training new staff on machine operation procedures. CNC Machinist/Engineer \xe2\x80\x93Requirements. 1. Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Computer Numeric Control (CNC) Programming Certificate. 2. 3 years and above work experience as CNC Engineer and working in manufacturing industry. 3. Ability to read and interpret design blueprints. 4. Experience with computer modeling software and CNC program. 5. Strong attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and stick to a deadline. 7. Ability to trained new staff. 8. Ability to work after-hours when required.
