Job Responsibilities
As a CNC Programmer (Mastercam), you will:
Prepare
toolpaths and G-code
for CNC machines using Mastercam software.
Set up CNC milling or lathe machines to produce components according to specifications.
Interpret and work with technical drawings from AutoCAD or draftsmen.
Monitor machining processes to ensure accuracy, precision, and product quality.
Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with the Production and QC teams.
Ensure compliance with company
safety SOPs
and operational standards.
Job Requirements
Education:
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or CNC Programming.
Experience:
At least 3 years in a similar role.
Proficient in
Mastercam
programming for CNC machines (milling or lathe).
Strong knowledge of
G-code, M-code, and CNC machine settings
.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and verify measurements.
Prior experience in a CNC factory or workshop is an advantage.
A reliable team player with attention to detail and safety.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday:
8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
5-day work week
Overtime:
Based on operational requirements
