How will you make an impact in this role?

The Employee Relations (ER) Strategy and Enablement team is a global team that administers and supports ER systems and compliance; drives data integrity, reporting, and analytics; develops and executes global minimum standards, colleague-affecting policy, and strategy; and creates and implements training.

The ER Manager is primarily focused on ER data analytics and identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities within ER and across the enterprise to inform workplace conduct, and culture, as well as building out reporting infrastructure and materials to support the ER function. This person will also be responsible for managing a broad range of activities both within the market and regionally, while also collaborating globally, including, but not limited to, data quality, compliance, and training to develop and implement ER strategy and deliver on ER and HR goals, with an enhanced focus on business conduct. As the Strategy and Enablement team continues to grow and expand, this person will play a key role.

Due to the global composition of the team, the nature of the work, key partnerships and the reporting relationship, the ER manager will be expected to work United Kingdom/Greenwich Mean Time (GMC) with the additional flexibility to work beyond traditional working hours as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep subject matter expertise of the ER function, including ER data and ER database and reporting system, as well as other HR systems.
  • Develop deep subject matter expertise of regional internal & external market drivers, employment laws and regulations, industry trends, and strategy.
  • Support the data integrity efforts, including quality monitoring regional ER data and providing guidance and training to ER market teams and business partners.
  • In conjunction with global efforts, develop and write queries to analyze regional data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within ER and across the enterprise across a broad range of ER areas, including conduct and culture.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy and Enablement team to drive regional requirement gathering, dashboard design and buildout to create scalable data models that can support an expanding ER function.
  • Design and develop regional reporting materials, such as reports, presentations, and visual aids to inform and influence decisions
  • Manage regional data requests for sensitive colleague information maintaining data privacy and confidentiality and ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
  • Support the Strategy and Enablement team on developing key metrics that measure various ER processes and strategic initiatives.
  • Engage with regional and global ER leadership, as well as regional HR and business unit leadership.
  • Contribute to a positive team working environment and lead, manage, and participate in various ad-hoc initiatives / other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Two years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with HR operational processes, data, and reporting.
  • Ability to think critically and independently.
  • Ability to manage work with the utmost level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong working experience with MS office applications, including extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge and working experience working with Tableau visualization software.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; comfort in engaging with senior leadership.
  • Subject matter expertise of regional labor/employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Established record of building partnerships and teamwork within a matrix environment.
  • Strong sense of business acumen and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable, logical, and capable of flexing solutions and changing demands.
  • Comfortable working in a highly-matrixed environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate; ability to proactively anticipate problems and opportunities and confidence to use initiative to pursue solutions.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written skills, including the ability to translate complex and disparate information into a comprehensive and cohesive conclusion to be understood by all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CLR case management processes, data, and reporting.
