The Recovery Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing recovery strategies to ensure the organization can respond effectively to operational disruptions. The Recovery Manager ensures risks are mitigated and recovery plans are tested, updated, and aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.



Key Responsibilities:



Manage and oversee the recovery of overdue payments and delinquent accounts. Implement effective recovery strategies and collection policies. Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure targets are met. Ensure compliance with relevant financial laws and data privacy regulations. Handle escalated recovery cases and work with legal teams when necessary. Generate reports on recovery performance and recommend process improvements.


Requirements:



3+ years of relevant experience in a Debt Collection Agency as a Recovery Manager. Familiarity with regulatory standards and best practices in your industry. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient with recovery planning tools or financial collection software.
