The Commercial Business Analyst Manager will report to Commercial Director of Omnicom Media Group Malaysia. This role is in assisting the growth of investment and commercial function of OMG network in Malaysia. You will assist in driving investment product capabilities critical in delivering value to our clients and revenue growth Omnicom Media Group, leveraging local and regional marketplace offering. You will work with multiple stakeholders across markets (internal and external), the individual must be comfortable with a fast-pace and constant changing landscape of media business, be proactive in problem solving and able to manage senior stakeholder. Key Responsibilities Leadership:

• Help in managing increased commercial value and innovation of OMNET (OMG\xe2\x80\x99s proprietary trading discipline) to deliver strong growth in revenue for OMG
• Manage beneficial agency trading deals and trading product deals to drive incremental revenue for the agency and value for our clients
• Build a strong image of OMG\xe2\x80\x99s strength in Investment discipline via good industry presence
• Work with Investment team and local trading community to drive OMNET growth and expand

Investment Operations Excellence:

• Assist and improvise in operating processes, structures and tracking to ensure smooth operations on both OMNET and Trading disciplines within internal stakeholders and agencies to deliver a maximum impact for the business
• Strong commercial sense and excel excellence in tracking, pacing, reconciliation with ability to recognize and identify improvements
• Drive high OMNET adoption and utilization rate across agencies and clients and implementation of all agencies deals by ensuring faithful delivery of commitments
• Assist in preparing, analyse, and review Company financial model
• Assist in preparing, market competitive analysis and scenario planning
• Develop benchmarking guideline

Relationship & Stakeholder Management:

• Maintain ethical, open and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• To be able to handle pressure from various parties both internal and external, and to cohesively drive shared agenda with stakeholders
• Ability to hold the presence and represent Malaysia\xe2\x80\x99s Investment discipline credibility
• Great interpersonal and communication skills internally, with media owners and clients
• Process oriented, structural abilities to manage volume of work
• A can-do attitude, tenacious

Requirements:

• Possess at least Degree in Accounting / Finance / Actuarial Science / Statistics or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of Commercial experience (Sales, Marketing, Business Planning, Trading, Finance)
• Strong Commercial awareness with good knowledge in Media, Advertising, Digital industry
• Possess strong numerical and analytical skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to details
• Strong decision-making skills and a keen desire to take ownership of activities
• Willing to learn with a can-do attitude

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Benefits:
