Job Description


  • To expand the business footprint within your country/region, focus on acquiring new hotels, retaining and growing existing accounts, leading key hotel deal negotiations, and surpassing revenue targets.
  • Provide leadership, inspiration, coaching, and development to teams to achieve the country or region\'s commercial KPIs.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of the country/region\'s market, develop strategic plans, and ensure priorities are aligned with the management team.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on the availability and quality of data, leading to recommendations for commercial enhancements.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at hotels, technology partners, and other local or regional partners.
  • Participate in and attend relevant industry or company events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in International Business, Business Management, Tourism or any related field.
  • Over 5 years of team management experience with an international perspective.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, along with a strong ability to learn.
  • professional experience in the hotel, travel, or hospitality industry, particularly in OTA or B2B channels.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
