Commercial Excellence Analyst

Job Description
Key accountabilities / responsibilities:
- Commercial Policy implementation and profit improvement initiatives \xe2\x80\x93 working with commercial, technical, purchasing and supply chain departments to track and report on key areas identified for commercial policy implementation, including demand planning / forecast accountability policies, inventory health / service level and margin leakage considerations such as formal stocking agreements, discontinued items policy, order size policy, freight policy; P.O. process, order fulfillment process efficiencies, etc.
- Sales Excellence \xe2\x80\x93 working closely with countries CRM champion and commercial team to improve CRM adoption. Providing system support to users through advice and training, conduct CRM audit and working with IT support to resolve system issues encounter by users.
- Pricing Excellence \xe2\x80\x93Responsible for data mapping between Oracle and Focus and resolving issues encounter by users.
- Business Analytics \xe2\x80\x93 Develop and maintaining business analytics tool using Power BI tool with dashboard and analytics reports that analyze data and share interactive insights.
- A college degree related to data science prior knowledge of finance or ERP is an added advantage.
- Strong computer proficiency with experienced knowledge of analytics software and business application.
- Analytical mindset and able to work independently.
- Understanding of business practices and working experience with commercial team.
