We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Excellence Manager to enable business delivery by managing a highly competitive and complex trade structure across Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. You'll manage a competitive trade structure and enable best-in-class processes.Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Management: Execute the commercial calendar for General Trade/Supermarkets and Pharmacy/E-commerce channels, track commercial activities and sales KPIs, and manage sales targets achievements and incentives.
• Business Insights & Analytics: Partner with sales, trade marketing, supply chain, and IT to build a tech-enabled ecosystem that delivers sales force effectiveness. Evaluate trade initiatives and drive performance with data insights.
• Data Management & Reporting: Ensure accurate reporting of daily, weekly and monthly sales and metrics.

Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years in sales management
• Strong business acumen and proficiency in data analytics and systems thinking
• Adept in financial and business management and ability to influence multiple functions at all levels
• Relevant experience in FMCG
