Job Description



Client Background: Establish in 2012, they built its foundation in design & build and specialize in commercial interior projects. Company engaged in a set of services with fit-out renovation, architectural planning design and construction throughout Malaysia and Singapore as well.

They provide professional services such as architectural design, interior design, landscape, designing and building. Aside from designs, they specialised in furniture customisation and wood carpentry.

They are certified and accredited with Quality Management system: ISO 9001:2015 Provision of Interior Design, Renovation and Construction work; Building and Construction Authority-CIDB 7 (unlimited rendering).

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotation, process sales contract, and ensure orders delivery on schedule and in timely manner.
  • Prepare email feedbacks in response to customer enquiry and order confirmation within the time frame.
  • Provide order status and monitor shipment for customers.
  • Prepare sales order summary and other reports when required.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Payment Team to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Assist Managing Director in all aspects of sales process, administrative and documentation.
  • Able to handle pre-contracts & post contracts.
  • To coordinate, prepare and compile in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications.
  • To carry out site measurement, site valuation and follow up on site progress claims & payment.
  • To check for materials requisition and ensure materials are accurate and within project budget.
  • Implements and ensure all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the ISO 9001 & ISO 45001.
  • Perform other ad-hoc activities as assigned by management.
Skills and Requirements
  • Diploma/ Degree candidates are welcome.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience are preferred.
  • Fresh graduates that can handle task well/ good academic results/ details oriented are welcome.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, essential.
  • Details oriented, possess good time management.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
