Job Title: Commercial Excellence Intern, Coty Luxury

We\'re looking for a Commercial Excellence Intern to support our Coty Luxury Malaysia Team. This internship will help you acquire commercial skills as you navigate on-the-job learnings provided to you as well as give insights towards the dynamic markets that you delve upon. Ultimately, you will gain broad and relevant experience in luxury beauty business that should prepare you to enter any fast-paced work environment. Reporting to a Commercial Excellence Manager, you will get to work across many different beauty brands providing competitive analysis and in-depth market knowledge to drive our brands growth and disrupt the beauty market.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Facilitate in improvement for SOP from purchase order processing to delivery to POS for the Commercial Team.
• Facilitate inventory management with Commercial Excellence Manager as well as Retail Excellence Team
• Perform market analysis and research on competitors via collection of quantitative and qualitative data from any luxury beauty campaigns.
• Support management of e-commerce platforms.
• Support daily administrative tasks

We\'d love to see candidates who have:

• Undergraduate Student, able to commit for at least 6 months for a full-time internship from January to June 2024.
• Strong desire to learn along with strong sense of ownership and professional drive
• Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-changing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
• Passion for beauty, the marketing industry and its best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
• Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution ability

DESIRABLE:

• Degree in marketing or business-related discipline
