THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Facilitate in improvement for SOP from purchase order processing to delivery to POS for the Commercial Team.
• Facilitate inventory management with Commercial Excellence Manager as well as Retail Excellence Team
• Perform market analysis and research on competitors via collection of quantitative and qualitative data from any luxury beauty campaigns.
• Support management of e-commerce platforms.
• Support daily administrative task.

• Undergraduate Student, able to commit for at least 6 months for a full-time internship from July to December 2023.
• Strong desire to learn along with strong sense of ownership and professional drive
• Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-changing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
• Passion for beauty, the marketing industry and its best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
• Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution ability

DESIRABLE:

• Degree in Business-related discipline
