Job Description

Position: Commercial Officer (3 months Contract, extendable)Location: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, SelangorSalary: RM 3000 + Statutory Contribution + Insured Medical Coverage
Working hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday - FridayYour responsibilities
You will support Operations team in the performance of commercial related matters not limited to the
followings:

• Managing all aspects of the commercial process from initial contact to sales \'close\' for selected projects determined either by revenue size, client type, project type, tasks included.
• You enter orders after material list was handed by engineering.
• You ensure sales are recorded and monitored in line with agreed processes.
• You ensure invoice are recorded and billed accordingly and in a timely way.
• You manage ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• You have good customer service and ensure all project inquiries being handled in timely manner and effective way.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance or supply chain or quantity surveying
• min. 2 years\' hands-on experience on commercial/ invoicing
• Proficiency in Excel and IT system
• Able to work independently and as a team player in a results-driven, fast-paced environment\xc2\xb7
• Hands-on mentality and engaged personality, confident attitude\xc2\xb7
• Ability to work in a MNC environment and working with external stakeholders\xc2\xb7
• Resilient, attention to details, strong problem solving & analytical skills and strong drive to succeed\xc2\xb7
• Good proficiency in English. Mandarin will be an advantage\xc2\xb7
• Able to commence within 1 month
