You are involved in a variety of activities in supporting the financial planning and analysis, such as: budget and forecast planning, month- and year-end closing activities, and deviation analysis.

Additionally, you will drive projects in our team, e.g. around process optimization, simplification & project financial performance improvement.

How You\'ll Make an Impact

\xc2\xb7 Commercial support for GT GS and GT PR project execution

\xc2\xb7 Ensures the accuracy of project books and records, including recording and reporting of such transactions in the relevant systems e.g. SAP

\xc2\xb7 Perform various general ledger activities including project related journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations.

\xc2\xb7 Support of Internal and External Audits as required.

\xc2\xb7 Prepares commercial documentation for regular project status meetings and ensures the accuracy of the commercial project data

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for updating the monthly project forecast and communicate risks and opportunities regarding financial impacts.

\xc2\xb7 Provides regular business reports, with respect to overall performance, and recommends actions to accountable management including but not limited to preparation and analysis of project cash flow forecasts and other project reports such as Order on Hand Reporting, Quarterly Financial Project Review, Currency Risk Exposure, OCC reporting & analysis, Project Changes on Plan Revenue & Plan Cost.

\xc2\xb7 Hedging - treasury dealings for buy/sell of foreign currency cash flows.

\xc2\xb7 Carries out ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations.

\xc2\xb7 Ensures compliance with Siemens FRG (Financial Reporting Guidelines) and local GAAP requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for month-end and quarterly closing.

\xc2\xb7 Procurement and logistic activities in cooperation with project managers in negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.

\xc2\xb7 Execution of the commercial part of orders such as commercial terms and conditions of contracts, bank guarantee, insurance, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Process and handle customer invoicing of milestones /invoicing according to contract agreement.

\xc2\xb7 Process and handles execution of claims from consortium partners and affiliates as per agreement.

\xc2\xb7 Accounts receivable management: Follow up of due / overdue invoices with customers.

\xc2\xb7 Handles/coordinates with Tax Dept local tax compliance such as withholding tax/ SST/ Import Duties etc.

What You Bring

\xc2\xb7 Sound Degree in Finance/ Economic/ Business/ Accounting field

\xc2\xb7 Proven record of experience with controlling & reporting at least 10 years

\xc2\xb7 Good ability to present and formulate clearly own ideas and proposals for improvements

\xc2\xb7 Strong personal drive to lead and accelerate the business growth together with smart perception of business needs of the company

\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills,

\xc2\xb7 Have a growth mindset

\xc2\xb7 A team player to achieve goal
