Commercial Sales Analyst Pharmaceutical

Job Description
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangors:
- Process Distributor and Retailer claims in the system promptly and generate reports for Sales and Finance reporting.
- Establish strong control measures for the trade spend management process, ensuring clear ownership and adherence to accounting standards.
- Take charge of trade investment, overseeing its initiation, authorization, processing, and payment in alignment with approved procedures.
- Maintain regular communication with the sales team to ensure timely recording and verification of relevant documents.
- Track and monitor trade investment to ensure accurate reflection in financial accounts and reconcile with actual claims received.
- Manage monthly closing activities, provision reconciliation, and system maintenance related to sales and trade investment, ensuring accurate customer spend reflection.
- Maintain pricing by updating price lists and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Provide support to the Trade Marketing and Sales teams on various tasks and projects as required
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, accounting & finance, commerce , or related field is required.
- Candidate possess working experience in Pharma/FMCG will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills,
- Strong business acumen and good project management skills.
