Job Description


As a CTS, you will be the face of GSK biopharma in for Malaysian pharmacies. You are expected to demonstrate high level of professionalism, and possess skillset to support the selling of GSK products. You are responsible to deliver as per expectation within the territory for total GSK product portfolio, creating a plan of action meet goals and objectives, aligned to the Business Unit. You are required to drive brand awareness and knowledge in the pharmacy sector through face to face engagement and MCM, as per set KPI.

Your responsibilities include, and not limited to below, with key roles:

  • Responsible for assigned territory, to build territory business plan to deliver on sales targets.
  • Create and execute an effective plan of action with prioritization and focus to deliver in accordance with set KPIs and marketing campaigns.
  • Maximize use of resource provided to achieve territorial goals i.e. digital touchpoints, events, activities.
  • Accountable for self-development in your role.
  • Timely reporting ensuring all expectations are met i.e. Veeva submission/sync, elearnings, business planning, etc.
  • Attend and participate actively in various internal and external meetings
  • Merchandising GSK products in the pharmacy point of sales and support materials for maximum impact
  • Ensure stock availability and tracking consumption trend for all GSK products.
  • Ensure daily executions are in line with GSK\xe2\x80\x99s governance and compliance standards.
  • Identify new business opportunities and evaluate the sales potential of existing customers to develop an effective business plan

Job Specifications:
  • Pharmacy sales experience in the pharmaceutical / consumer healthcare industry is an added advantage.
  • Bachelors degree in sales and marketing, or pharmacist with sales and marketing background
  • Commercial knowledge in pharmacy line is added advantage (pharma consumer care goods, e.g. selling vitamins, cosmetics..etc)
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to promote and sell goods, services, and concepts
  • Effective organizational and communication skills
  • Possess ability to plan and deliver on expectations
  • High learning agility to adapt to business needs (understanding of customers, market dynamics and requirements)
  • High standards of compliance and governance is a must
