Japanese cuisine - Dashi, Original Teriyaki sauce, Sashimi Cutting, Carpaccio, Sushi & handrolls
Steaks Specialist - we are a signature steak restaurant serving 120 different steaks from Argentina, USA, Italy, Australia, Japan, Korea, NZ, Brazil & everywhere that is HALAL. We cook using Josper & Charcoal grills which is a real good skill & talent to learn
Chinese Cuisine - Sang Har mee, Fried Rice (better than Uncle Roger! haha), Penang Style Char Kway Teow with homemade cured duck "bacon", chili lobsters, ginger clam soup, wagyu loh shi fun.
Korean Cuisin - Galbi, Steak Tartare
French Cuisine - Boeuf Bourguinon, Foie Gras, Terrine
Desserts - all home made in-house
Our shop is all HALAL meats but we do have some alcohol in our dishes as we are heavy japanese influenced. Many things to learn here as we make everything in house and not many bottled or pre-made sauces are used at our shop!
