Assist Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations and menu preparation.
Supervise and guide Commis 2 & 3 in food preparation tasks.
Ensure all dishes meet quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of assigned section.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Chef.
Follow proper food handling and safety standards.
Assist in new menu development and training of junior staff.
Commis 2 (Intermediate Commis)
Job Scope:
Support Commis 1 and Chef de Partie in food preparation and cooking.
Handle mise en place and ensure all ingredients are ready for service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
Assist in plating and garnishing under supervision.
Learn and apply standard recipes and techniques.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
Commis 3 (Junior Commis)
Job Scope:
Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, cleaning, and portioning.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, equipment, and utensils.
Follow instructions from senior chefs and ensure timely preparation.
Learn kitchen procedures and develop basic cooking skills.
Adhere to hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Flexible with work arrangement
At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Willing to work over weekends and public holidays
Available to work 6 days a week
