Cooking Tasks
: Support in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes, using kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, or ovens. Follow instructions from senior chefs to ensure consistency and quality.
Maintain Kitchen Hygiene
: Keep the kitchen and workstations clean, including utensils, equipment, and cooking areas. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
Support Senior Chefs
: Assist senior chefs with cooking tasks, food plating, and garnishing. Take on additional responsibilities as needed during busy times or special tasks.
Skill Development
: Participate in on-the-job training to develop cooking techniques, learn kitchen operations, and improve overall culinary skills.
Inventory Support
: Help manage kitchen stock, ensure proper storage of ingredients, rotate stock to prevent waste, and report any shortages or damaged goods.
