Located at the heart of the Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Traders Hotel by Shangri-La is looking for a Commis.
As Commis we rely on you:
To be responsible for the preparation and storage of menu items, in accordance with established procedures for preparation and quality standards for taste, presentation and hygiene standards of the hotel.
To prepares all food items/food orders ensuring standard preparation timeframes are observed, for consistency.
Follows standard procedures at all times; is subject to manager instruction where deviations are implemented which might affect hygiene, quality, taste and presentation standards.

Requirements:
Minimum SPM level Education or relevant certificate.
Experienced in All Day Dining Kitchen or Main Kitchen Operation with a minimum of 1 - 3 years experience.
Experienced in Cold Kitchen or Asian Kitchen.
Able to converse and understand basic English language
Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
