Portion and store ingredients according to food safety and quality standards.
Creating a variety of cold dishes, including salads, appetizers and sandwiches.
Arranging and plating cold dishes to be visually appealing and meet established standards.
Adhering to all food safety regulations and maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment.
Monitoring and managing stock of ingredients and other food items, including proper storage under refrigeration.
At least 1 year experience in Hotel's Kitchen is needed
