Job Description

Wash, peel, and chop fresh fruits and vegetables. Weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients for cold dishes and salads. Portion and store ingredients according to food safety and quality standards. Creating a variety of cold dishes, including salads, appetizers and sandwiches. Arranging and plating cold dishes to be visually appealing and meet established standards. Adhering to all food safety regulations and maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment. Monitoring and managing stock of ingredients and other food items, including proper storage under refrigeration. At least 1 year experience in Hotel's Kitchen is needed
