1. Support Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in the daily operation and work 2. Control food stocks and food cost in your section 3. Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks 4. Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control 5. Prepare the daily mis-en-place for all the pastry/bakery kitchen\xe2\x80\x99s productions 6. Any other duties as directed by the Superior and Company Management.
