1.Takes breaks according to business volume, and checks with your supervisor prior to going on a break. 2.Follows the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s safety, hygiene and sanitation checklist. 3.Respects the \xe2\x80\x9cclean as you go\xe2\x80\x9d policy. 4.Works as a part of a team and keeps positive attitude. 5.Wears proper uniform at all times. 6.Follows and is familiar with Pullman Kuching\xe2\x80\x99s Standard of Procedures. 7.Is familiar with, read & signed employee handbook. 8.Complies with the Malaysian Government Health Services for to get Food Handler Certification. 9.Does kitchen inspections once a week, and write work orders, maintain log book. 10. Maintains daily logbook for communication. 11. Ensures that occupational health and safety requirements are observed, maintained and enforced.
