Job Description

Responsibilities:



Assist in daily food preparation and ensure dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards. Follow recipes and instructions provided by the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of food and ingredients. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times. Support the kitchen team in preparing for banquets, events, and daily service operations. Continuously learn and improve culinary skills under the guidance of senior chefs.

Requirements:



Relevant certification in a related field. Relevant experience in similar role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided. Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Alam, Johor.
