JOB DESCRIPTION:
To cook/ prepare all food in accordance with establish procedures and pictorial specification
Sufficient knowledge to operate equipment
Food quality control and consistency
Aware daily event order applicable at your outlet
Able to understand procedure for opening and closing the kitchen
Fully understand of HACCP compliance
To carry out any other duties and responsibility as assigned
Serve food with proper portioning
