Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes according to standard recipes and guidelines. Ensure ingredients are properly measured, prepared, and stored. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times. Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and special events. Receive and properly store deliveries of food supplies. Assist in minimizing food wastage by practicing proper portion control and storage methods. Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
