• As materials engineer, you will be responsible to drive supplier for quality issue resolution to meet Keysight quality expectation, propose initiatives for cost savings opportunities thru re-engineering effort. The key responsibilities are: To develop Strategic Supplier\xe2\x80\x99s capabilities to effectively support Keysight\xe2\x80\x99s overall sourcing and technical requirements. Able to provide technical recommendations as per needed.
• To lead and work with suppliers for technical specifications study and perform root cause analysis to meet Keysight quality expectation.
• Part/Material Resourcing for alternative part - Actively explore and be able to source new technologies through market research to meet Keysight\xe2\x80\x99s future requirements.

Job Qualifications

• Strong technical background in power supply unit (PSU), PCA circuitry & failure analysis process will be an added advantage too.
• Working knowledge of quality tools such as SPC/Process Control, FEMEA, Problem Solving/Root Cause Analysis and other Six Sigma tools.
