Job Description


Key responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement end-to-end the internal communication plan for Asia-Pacific, for employee engagement and alignment to our strategy, in collaboration with HR and other stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2Develop and implement an external PR and media plan for Asia-Pacific, in partnership with sub-regional marketing leads. \xe2\x80\xa2Track impact and results of communication programs \xe2\x80\xa2Build and manage a speaker bureau and team of brand ambassadors in the region \xe2\x80\xa2Develop messaging to support internal and external communication campaigns \xe2\x80\xa2Increase our employee engagement through an effective internal communication program \xe2\x80\xa2Extensive internal communication and PR experience, in Asia-Pacific, and in a B2B environment (preferably IT or telecom-related) \xe2\x80\xa2Excellent writing and communication skills, including copywriting. \xe2\x80\xa2Strategic thinking, ability to come up with solid strategies aligned to business needs and delivering tangible results \xe2\x80\xa2Strong project management, and planning skills \xe2\x80\xa2Team player \xe2\x80\xa2Works effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels, especially senior leaders \xe2\x80\xa2Proactive attitude
