Executive Recruitment Company Monroe Consulting Group\'s Professional Division is partnering with a an experienced workspace revolution numerous serviced offices (SO) across the globe. Our established client is currently hiring for a Community Manager to oversee the service office/co-working space at Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. The winning candidate will be required to manage the entire serviced office/coworking facility.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all clients and staff work in a safe environment.
- Ensure the presentation of the facility is professional and aesthetically pleasing.
- Maximize the retention of current clients by maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Use all means at your disposal to meet and at least maintain target occupancy.
- Training and assessment of staff to ensure their performance is at a high level.
- Ensure all procedures and manuals documented by USO are adhered to.
- Take part in marketing strategies with other Managers/Director.
- Ensure staff maintain accurate client accounts and manage overdue payments.
- Previous experience in a management role in a serviced office/coworking environment is ideal
- Past management experience in any industry is highly desirable
- Applicants without management experience but experience in serviced offices/coworking environments who are looking to take the next step will be considered
