  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Job Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience for C&B Team Leader;
  • 3+ years of experience for C&B Manager, with proven leadership in compensation strategy.
  • Experience in fintech, blockchain, or financial services industries is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of C&B frameworks, job evaluation, and salary benchmarking.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for compensation modeling.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
