Job Description

You will act as a Workday Specialist for the Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits modules, contributing significantly to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Compensation and Benefits processes and solutions.

• Partner with a global team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, and HR professionals to drive impactful solutions.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to define business objectives, address challenges, and gather technical requirements.
• Convert business needs into actionable IT solutions and execute configurations during Sprint cycles.
• Play a key role in international projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Deliver exceptional support to the global user base while continuously optimizing Workday Compensation modules.
• Tackle challenges with a solution-oriented mindset to refine and improve processes.
• Utilize support insights to drive enhancements and foster both personal and professional development.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• At least 3 years of experience working on Workday implementations, including configuration, development, and ongoing support.
• Deep experience with configuring Workday Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits.
• Knowledge and experience in additional Workday modules such as Core HCM, Security, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent Management, and Reporting are a bonus.
• Familiarity with business process management in the HR space is desirable.
• A proactive mindset, able to challenge current processes and effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
