Innovation, creativity, and excellence are core values embedded in every aspect of their operations.Role Overview:They are seeking a talented and experienced Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing compensation and benefits programs, including experience in payroll management, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with their organisational goals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Manage payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to develop strategic compensation plans.
  • Manage salary surveys and benchmark data to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on compensation-related issues.
  • Analyze and report on compensation and benefits data to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with some experience in payroll management.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices and legal requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll, and compensation management software.
