Participation in salary and benefits survey and gather market data on compensation related matters.
Do external industry analysis to ensure that compensation remain relevant for the business and is market- competitive.
Provide guidance to the Management on the forecasted salary increment using consistent & reputable HR consultant / vendor (cost efficiency).
Give advice on proposing compensation package (include benefits) for senior leaders and expatriates.
Implement effective reward programs in the region on an economy of scale (better bargaining power).
Supports the Management in designing the salary framework (sales incentives, salary structure and benefits) to cater the diverse needs of staff as well as to attract and retain the staff.
Handle all expatriate management in the APAC region.
Responsible for the workforce planning and organizing of workshops in the region.
Support supervisor on projects assigned.
Job Requirements:
Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree in Business Administrations or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in Human Resource field.
Great proficiency skills in English is a must, while preferably someone with the ability to speak Mandarin or Mandarin dialects
Great analytical skills, critical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills person.
Able to work independently and self initiated with bottom up approach.
