ALBS is an Air Liquide entity in Kuala Lumpur, regrouping for the APAC scope its Business Service Centers (Kuala Lumpur and Shanghai) as well as the two Global Functions (IT, Digital and Procurement). The CMMS Engineer is accountable for capitalizing, optimizing, defining and deploying maintenance strategies via One-MAXIMO as Air Liquide CMMS application for the SEA entities with primary production plants. Similarly, the CMMS Engineer shall ensure that the continuos improvement and best practices for the One-MAXIMO utilization are well set by the entities and the action plan is follow through regularly.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Make safety a key part of the maintenance process (e.g. into Methods of Statement, supplier qualification, preparation...)
• Ensure the Industrial Management System (IMS) well deployed in the field of expertise
• Responsible for maintenance monthly report from One-MAXIMO and analyze monthly maintenance KPI and identify area of improvement
• Facilitate the Annual Maintenance Strategy Review and local expert to review the existing preventive maintenance strategy
• Assess the site maintenance maintenance management for the improvement via APM maturity matrix
• Ensure that major maintenance is well prepared by country-level support division; provide support if necessary
• Ensure the work standard is fully deployed; maintenance strategy is in line with Group standards and manufacturer recommendations in SEA cluster
• Identifies best practices and optimizations
• Become One Maximo superuser to ensure the system is fully deployed, drive the initiatives to ensure it is fully utilize and carry out regular audit for the data (hierarchy, asset attributes, EIS, HC, PM, job plans) in SEA cluster
• Support the SEA cluster entities for One-Maximo data management (data uploading, revise, remove etc) Cross Functional Team Collaboration & Others
• Work with functional team to maximize CMMS benefits
• Responsible for the meeting and as a focal person for the project and one Maximo issue.
• Other assignment(s) as deemed necessary by Maintenance Strategy Manager

Are you a MATCH?

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering and maintenance experience in petrochemical industry
• Experience in industrial project management and in maintenance management (preferably in mechanical and/or instrumentation).
• Advanced experience on IBM Maximo CMMS and experience in previous deployment of CMMS would be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, interacting effectively with all levels in the organization as well as with contractors
