Drive business growth by securing new projects and increasing sales through technical concept support and solution promotion. Ensure solutions are feasible and cost-effective, minimizing financial and operational risks. Align technical concepts with strategic growth areas and support long-term business objectives. Provide advanced consultancy and tailored solutions leveraging deep technical expertise. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management. Introduce new technologies and sustainable solutions to enhance customer competitiveness. Adapt concepts to changing market dynamics and requirements. Continuously improve concept development processes for efficiency and scalability. Share successful practices globally and identify opportunities for process improvements. Act as a trusted technical contact for customers with continuous consultation. Collaborate frequently with internal teams to align solutions and strategies. Present technical concepts clearly to customers to ensure understanding and agreement. Support teamwork, contribute to staff development, and motivate colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical) or a related field. At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience is necessary. Experiences in the pneumatic/electrical product industry is an added advantage. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
