Job Description

Responsibilities:



Assist guests with inquiries and provide guidance on hotel facilities, city attractions, and transportation options. Handle guest requests such as restaurant reservations, ticket bookings, and travel arrangements in a timely manner. Liaise with front office and other departments to deliver smooth and memorable guest services. Create a warm and professional atmosphere in the lobby, ensuring personalized attention to each guest.

Requirements:



Relevant certification in a related field. Relevant experience in similar role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided. Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Alam, Johor.
