Our experienced team of researchers create opportunities for knowledge-sharing, networking and discovery of new research models, suppliers, and customers in Asia, Europe, and North America. In addition to conferences and summits, we offer expert-led, in-depth training solutions for groups of 25 participants or less. Lastly, we offer flexible and comprehensive event solutions that help run in-house events and roadshows to meet strategic goals and operational challenges. Role Description We are looking for a full-time Conference Sales Executive to join our on-site team in Kuala Lumpur. The Conference Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting, selling, and closing conference delegate spaces, as well as identifying and securing new customers. The Conference Sales Executive will also develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction with our services. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience in sales or a related field At least 2-3 years of sales experience Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and goals Strong skills in networking, negotiating and closing sales, and building relationships with clients Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills Strong attention to detail and proficiency in using CRM software for sales planning and tracking engagement Able to plan and lead the porting of a conference including booth materials, setting up and take down of events.
