Description Primary Objective: To provide professional, efficient and approachable security services and maintaining a high level of customer service to staff and visitors at all times. Key Responsibilities: To patrolling at assigned areas. To investigate and take necessary action on information received. To protect the life and property of citizens. To provide crime prevention activities. To apprehend and process suspects/offenders. To promote and maintain good community relations. To respond to the scene of a crime or an incident. To interview suspects and witnesses. To prepare daily field activity reports and write crime reports. To attend and coordinate community meetings. To coordinate the vehicle traffic. To respond to radio calls. To monitor any suspicious activity of ongoing crimes. To assist other primary agencies such as fire and ambulance. To respond to the citizens and visitor\'s questionnaire. To know and perform duties specified in the Auxiliary Police Standard Operations Procedures. To accurate assess the need for further intervention and / or diversion. To perform numerous other activities in support of the community policy philosophy. Requirements Requirements: SPM - . Minimum of experience in related security services and specifically for banking and financial institutions Ability to communicate in English and good in Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is preferable but optional. Basic computer skills e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point). Good personal attributes - honest and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Fit and good eyesight. Ability to maintain control in times of crisis. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to drive staff for optimum performance. No criminal records. Prepared to work on shift, weekends & Public Holidays.
