Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Able to handle and guide customers on

material selections

(tiles, roofing, paint, fittings, etc.). Able to liaise with customers on

house drawings

, amendments, and final confirmations. Able to manage and resolve

customer complaints

professionally. Follow up closely with

site supervisors

regarding customer issues and ensure timely resolution. Perform any tasks or duties

assigned by the Office Manager

Job Requirements

Construction background

(Diploma/Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field is an added advantage). Possess

transportation

and a

valid driving licence

. Good communication skills and ability to handle customers patiently. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
