Job Description

:

Oversee and manage all construction activities on site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Review project schedules, drawings, and specifications; identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans. Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and equipment allocation. Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports for management. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent. Minimum 8-10 years of relevant working experience in construction or landscape projects. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Familiar with local construction regulations and standards. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
