The Construction Manager will lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-rise condominium construction project from start to handover. This role is responsible for managing site teams, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and delivering the project on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Oversee the full construction cycle from superstructure, architectural finishes, and MEP services to final handover.
Monitor progress against master schedule, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, and engineers to resolve technical and design-related issues efficiently.
Site Management
Supervise and lead the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Conduct daily site inspections to monitor workmanship, safety compliance, and material quality.
Enforce quality control measures and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Cost & Procurement Management
Work closely with quantity surveyors and procurement teams to ensure materials and works are within budget.
Monitor variation orders, site instructions, and assist in claims or cost control measures.
Authority Compliance
Ensure all work complies with DBKL, Bomba, CIDB, TNB, Syabas, and other regulatory authorities.
Attend site inspections and facilitate approvals from local councils and statutory bodies.
Stakeholder Communication
Report directly to the Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager on project milestones and critical issues.
Attend weekly site meetings and coordinate between consultants, clients, and internal departments.
Safety & Risk Management
Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Identify and manage project risks, and implement proactive mitigation measures.
Handover & Completion
Oversee testing & commissioning (T&C) of MEP systems, snagging, and defects rectification works.
Lead the issuance of Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) and final project handover to client/management.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
