Job Description

• Over 5 years site project management in electrical engineering, such as power transmission and transformation projects, hydropower projects, etc.
• Proficient in English writing and fluent in spoken English and Mandarin
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Oversee the project construction process and ensure that the construction runs smoothly, plan, coordinate, and manage every aspect of a project construction from start to finish;
• Responsible for on-site planning, implementation, and progress monitoring of hydroelectric projects and power transmission and transformation engineering, ensuring that construction projects proceed according to the established schedule;
• Monitor and manage the site project\'s QA/QC and civil work;
• Liaise with the project owner and supervisory party to implement on-site requirements, control the deployment of construction equipment and personnel, and oversee the implementation of safety, health, and environmental measures;
• Organize and conduct various on-site progress meetings, including expedited construction plans, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress;
• Manage on-site construction quantity certifications, verify engineering quantities, and ensure the timely collection and disbursement of subcontracting payments.
• Coordinate public relations between the project site and local government agencies, as well as residents and communities.
• Collect information for project schedule or cost claims and submit relevant claim documents in a timely manner.
