• Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific construction projects from beginning to end.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks, resources, equipment, and information.
• Proactively handle in-house repairs and maintenance, ensuring operational excellence.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Make certain that clients\' needs are met as the project evolves and communicate status updates regularly.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, plan, and oversee construction projects.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
• Manage and mitigate risks by making adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
