Job Title: Construction Superintendent (Civil, Structural, Architectural)

Location: Site Based (Central / Southern Region)

Reports To: Construction Manager / Project Director

Job Summary:

To provide site leadership for all CSA works, ensuring the Data Centre shell and core, steel structures,

and architectural fit-outs are delivered to the high tolerance levels required for mission-critical

equipment. You will manage trade foremen and subcontractors to ensure "Right First Time" delivery.

Detailed Scope of Work (Data Centre Specific):

Precision Tolerances: Enforce strict floor flatness/levelness (FF/FL) numbers for Data Hall raised
flooring to ensure server racks sit perfectly level.

Waterproofing Integrity: Oversee "zero-leak" assurance testing for roof and slab waterproofing,
critical for protecting sensitive IT equipment below.

Clean Room Protocol: Implement and enforce "Clean Build" protocols (dust control) as the
project moves from Grey Space (Construction) to White Space (Fit-out) to prevent contamination

of CRAH/CRAC units.

Structural Interface: Manage the installation of heavy-duty equipment plinths and generator
foundations, ensuring they meet vibration isolation specifications.

Cladding & Facade: Supervise the installation of thermal-efficient cladding systems to meet the
Data Centre's PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Subcontractor Management: Direct daily activities of piling, concrete, steel, and architectural
subcontractors.

Sequence Control: Coordinate with MEP Superintendents to ensure CSA works (e.g., wall
closures, plinths) do not block MEP route installations.

Safety Leadership: Chair daily "Black Hat" coordination meetings and review Safe Work Method
Statements (SWMS) for high-risk lifting and height works.

Reporting: Submit daily site diaries documenting manpower, progress, and blockers via digital
tools (Procore/BIM360).

Requirements:

Local: Valid CIDB Green Card. Experience: 8+ years in construction, with at least 1 completed Data Centre or Industrial High-
Tech facility.

Skills: Proficiency in reading structural drawings and 3D Models on tablets/iPads.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
