JOB DESCRIPTION: Construction SupervisorRole Overview

As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising daily site operations, coordinating workers and subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, monitoring progress, and reporting to the Project Manager or General Manager. This role requires strong site knowledge, initiative, and the ability to handle multiple project sites.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision & Coordination

Oversee daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to plan. Allocate tasks and responsibilities to workers and subcontractors. Ensure work schedules are followed and tasks are completed on time. Handle multiple sites and ensure smooth coordination across locations.

Project Monitoring & Reporting

Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress, material usage, workmanship, and safety compliance. Monitor labour, timeline, risk, and project plans to ensure work stays on track. Report daily/weekly updates to the Project Manager (PM) or General Manager (GM). Attend coordination meetings, client meetings, and third-party discussions as required.

Safety, QAQC & Documentation

Ensure all workers follow health and safety guidelines at all times. Handle site documentation such as:

JMS

JSA

Work Permit applications/submissions

Other site safety or QAQC forms Ensure quality of work meets the project's specifications and standards. Identify site issues and coordinate solutions promptly.

Site Management Responsibilities

Inspect materials delivered to site for quality and correctness. Coordinate with suppliers and team members for smooth workflow. Ensure high-quality output and timely completion within the contract timeline. Assist in resolving problems related to manpower, materials, or safety issues.

Job Requirements

Good knowledge of

building & construction works

. Able to handle

multi-site

supervision independently. Experience in

Safety / Site / QAQC

tasks and documentation. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Must possess

own vehicle

for site travelling. Willing to travel

outstation

when required. Able to start

immediately - next Wednesday (10th)

Monday to Friday:

8.00am - 5.00pm

Saturday:

8.00am - 1.00pm
