Responsibilities
Supervise construction activities: Oversee and monitor construction projects to ensure they are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to plans.
Manage foreign construction workers: Coordinate and guide foreign construction workers, ensuring they understand safety protocols, follow project timelines, and perform their tasks effectively.
Provide leadership and guidance: Direct and support construction workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks and ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
Ensure compliance with regulations: Understand and enforce local construction regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the construction process.
Plan and schedule tasks: Create work schedules, allocate resources, and develop construction plans to meet project deadlines.
Conduct site inspections: Regularly inspect construction sites to identify and address safety hazards, quality concerns, or deviations from plans.
Coordinate with stakeholders: Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors to maintain effective communication, resolve issues, and meet project requirements.
Monitor budget and expenses: Track project expenses, review cost estimates, and manage resources efficiently to stay within budget.
Maintain documentation: Keep accurate records of project progress, inspection reports, change orders, and other relevant documentation.
