Overview

We are seeking a motivated

Consulting Sales Engineer

to support customers in the manufacturing sector by providing technical consultation and sales support for industrial equipment and solutions. This role involves a combination of technical understanding, customer engagement, and end-to-end sales activities. Fresh graduates with the right enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers to understand production, quality, and engineering requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions. Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, solution pitching, preparing proposals, negotiation, and closing. Initiate customer outreach through phone calls to qualify leads before scheduling visits. Conduct on-site demonstrations and application testing to validate product suitability for customers' operations. Build and maintain strong relationships within the assigned territory, handling specific product categories. Track and evaluate personal sales performance to achieve consistent results. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and technical learning activities to enhance product and industry knowledge.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in any field; engineering-related studies will be an advantage. Good communication skills in

English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin

, as some customers may prefer conducting discussions in Mandarin. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Must have a valid personal vehicle for work-related travel. Able to work on-site in Penang and comfortable with frequent travel within Malaysia. Individuals who are available to start work immediately.
