Job Summary:
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to produce engaging digital content that showcases our programs and brand. You'll create videos, posts, and campaigns that connect with both local and international audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Capture and edit videos and photos for marketing use
- Write captions, blog posts, and short-form copy aligned with our brand voice
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and content calendars
- Stay updated on social media trends and suggest fresh, creative ideas
- Track content performance and recommend improvements
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field
- Experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Executive
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Basic photography and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools)
- Creative, organized, and able to meet deadlines independently
Preferred Skills:
- SEO and analytics knowledge
- Familiarity with Meta or TikTok Ads
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
