• Minimum 1 year working experience as a Content Creator or in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem solving.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills both verbal and writting (Eglish, Mandarin and Malaysia)
• Strong writing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
• Must be creative, hands-on, have attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
• Ability to manage and complete multiple projects and activities with strict time sensitive deadlines
• A solid understanding of digital video and social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, XiaoHongShu etc.
• An understanding of SEO best practices.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Aggressive and committed to work.
• Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility, self-discipline, dedication, gratitude, obey the boss, and be able to complete tasks on time.

Tanggungjawab

• Work with other team members such as graphic designer, videographer, project managers and other related members to produce the final design.
• Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings.
• Writing, producing and editing audio based projects (short-form content, trailers, promos, sales reels, radio ads, and other branded/promotional content.)
• Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, social media and etc
• Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement
• Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results
• Managing responses on social media pages
• Understanding of how to make shareable content for a variety of media and platforms.
• Monitoring social media and company website metrics.
• Amend content after feedback.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties or work on special projects that may be assigned from time to time and required by the business.
