Key Responsibilities

Editorial

Review, organize, and develop content for books and related products. Translate materials between English and Mandarin. Plan product details, including book specifications and packaging. Collaborate with writers, translators, and freelancers to ensure content quality. Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.

Creative Support

Coordinate with the Creative Team on graphics, layouts, and artwork updates. Review design elements such as headings, icons, and layout samples prior to printing.

Sales & Marketing Support

Brief the Sales & Marketing Team on product features and key selling points. Collect feedback on new product ideas or enhancements. Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Language Studies, or related fields. Strong command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken. 1-2 years of experience in editorial, publishing, or related roles preferred. Fresh graduates with strong writing and language skills are encouraged to apply. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willing to work in Johor Bahru.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
